Tania Thupa has a Diploma in Human Resource Management. She completed her work integrated learning program at the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality HR offices in 2014. Tania began her professional career in 2015 as a sales administrator for Adcorp training centre now known as PMI Technical Training.

Tania is experienced in HR administration, sales administration, finance administration and project administration. She was the first employee to be hired by Isibani in the year 2017 , which makes her the longest standing member of Isibani apart from the company directors. Tania has extensive experience in supporting mid and senior-level managers by providing them with consistent project support.

In the 6 years of her career, Tania has proven to be competent in acting as a sole point of contact for both external and internal agencies and clients.
