Deshan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Registered Auditor who completed his traineeship at Deloitte. He worked in Deloitte Toronto for a period before returning to South Africa as a Deloitte Manager.

Deshan has over 14 years of extensive and diversified experience in the auditing, accounting, advisory, and consulting environments servicing small to large clients which includes listed clients as well as multi-nationals across Africa and Europe. He currently sits on various Boards and committees gaining invaluable expertise and experience across different industries.

He is recognised by his clients and team for his business acumen and his ‘hands on’ style and for finding practical solutions to problems. Deshan places strong emphasis on high quality, strategic decision making and strong communication. He strives to be an astute, results-orientated leader with a proven ability to solving problems through applying analytical thinking and his prior experiences, reinforced by his solid ethics, good business acumen and knowledge.
